My parents bought my 1920’s Craftsman 4-square style house in May of 2013 (which I rent from them!), and we have been working on renovating it ever since.
Despite the fact that I am still a renter, my parents provide me with a lot of extra freedom and responsibility in the design, renovation, and decoration of the place.
